Postgraduate Diploma in Wildlife Management

Eligibility: For in-service Indian Forest Service and State Forest Service officers of the rank of Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) and Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF). Foreign candidates with a forestry/environmental science background and field experience with a good knowledge of English can apply.

The course begins on 1st September every year. Nominations should be received by the Institute by 20th July.

Certificate Course in Wildlife Management

Eligibility: This course is for in-service foresters of the rank of Range Forest Officers or equivalent ranks. Foreign candidates with equivalent forestry can be admitted in the course, provided they have adequate knowledge of English.

The course begins on 1st November. The Institute should therefore, receive nominations by 15th August.
